Standard nylon fastener colors: Black or Gray
"PG" Threaded Hub for 1/4" Heyco -Flex nylon tubing.
Standard nylon fastener colors: Black * Gray nylon fastener provided with assembled o-ring and metal locknuts.

Five nylon fastener sizes for 1/4" thru 1". For use with Heyco-Flex Conduit and nylon tubing. Consult Heyco for 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" nylon fastener trade size.
All nylon fasteners resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil grease and common solvents.
No disassembly required. Instead, the installer simply pushes the conduit or nylon tubing onto the ferrule, then tightens the domed sealing nut. This completed nylon fastener assembly can then be secured in the chassis by the locknut (or first secure the nylon fastener into an NPT threaded hole).
No threading of the conduit or nylon tubing required to install, thus eliminating the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths.
Complete Conduit/ nylon system is reusable. Conduit will not wind tight onto the nylon fastener during nylon assembly and can be easily removed by pulling while turning in a clockwise direction.
Use of a sealing Washer on the nylon fastener may be required for wet locations.
Nylon fastener are suitable for indoor/outdoor use; for original equipment manufacturers or field installers.
Lower installed cost.
Protection class IP 68 per DIN 40050 up to 70 PSI (5 bar) water pressure.
Nylon fasteners are molded of type 6/6 nylon. ASTM D-4066-PA 111; flammability classification 94V-2.
Black nylon fastener provided with locknut, packed separately.
Gray nylon fastener provided with assembled o-ring and metal locknuts.
