Heyco® Standard Appliance Terminal Blocks Screw to Screw

Terminal block allows standardization of the SOLID WIRE Cordset. Input and output wires are always secured with a screw.
Modern low profile nylon fastener design occupies less "real estate" inside the appliance terminal block.
No exposed metal parts. Terminal blocks "Dead front" designed safety.
Pressure clamp nylon fastener connectors are supplied in the open position, ready accept single or multiple solid conductors.
To meet European requirements, your application may need a terminal block between the power supply cord and internal electricals.
Popular 2, 3 and 12 pole configurations are shown in the tabular chart. Please note that from 1 to 11 poles may be cut to order for your terminal block. Consult Heyco.
All nylon fastener sizes are rated at 300 volts (450 volts in Europe).
Terminal block metal parts feature galvanized steel screws and galvanized brass inserts.
Standard natural parts are molded of type 6 nylon. Flammability classification 94V-2; temperature index 115°C (except TB 3B-140°C).
Terminal blocks available in 94V-O flame retardant (FR), glass-filled nylon 6/6 material. Temperature index 140°C (except TB 3B-170°C).
