- Each strain reliever protects the lifeline of your electric/electronic products
by absorbing forces of pull, push, twist, and FLEX.
- These strain relievers are not recommended for applications where the power supply
cord is subject to whipping or "jumprope" type
motion.
- Pigtail strain relief fasteners add reliability, longevity, and safety. These strain reliefs will pass CSA's
50,000 cycle "vacuum cleaner" test (C22.2 No.
67).
- Each Pigtail strain relief fastener securely anchors, insulates and protects cables at chassis
entry points.
- Integral nylon spring on each nylon fastener or separate metal spring eases the
cable into the lazy bend, prevents the strain of sharp bending and assures
longest cable and product life.
- These strain reliefs standardize panel design! Fill unneeded SR mounting
holes with Heyco Double D nylon fastener Plugs.
- The pigtail strain reliefs are molded of type 6/6 nylon. ASTM D-40660; flammability
classification 94V-2; temperature index 125°C. Maximum
temperature on the fastener shall not exceed 105°C.
