  • Four nylon fastener sizes for 3/8" thru 1". For use with Heyco-Flex Conduit and nylon tubing.
  • Smooth internal surfaces for easier wire installation around corner angles.
  • All nylon fasteners resist salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil grease and common solvents.
  • No disassembly required. Instead, the installer simply pushes the conduit or nylon tubing onto the ferrule, then tightens the domed sealing nut. This completed nylon fastener assembly can then be secured in the chassis by the lockout (or first secure the nylon fastener into an NPT threaded hole).
  • No threading of the conduit or nylon tubing required to install, thus eliminating the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths.
  • Complete Conduit/ nylon fastener system is reusable. Conduit will not wind tight onto the nylon fastener during assembly and can be easily removed by pulling while turning in a clockwise direction.
  • Use of a Nylon sealing Washer may be required for wet locations.
  • Nylon fasteners are suitable for indoor/outdoor use; for original equipment manufacturers or field installers.
  • Lower installed cost.
  • Protection class IP 68 per DIN 40050 up to 70 PSI (5 bar) water pressure.
  • Nylon fasteners are molded of type 6/6 nylon. ASTM D-4066-PA 111; flammability classification 94V-2; temperature index 125°C.
  • Black nylon fastener provided with nylon locknut, packed separately.
  • Gray nylon fastener provided with assembled o-ring and metal locknuts.
