Toggle Nuts
Toggle Nut and Toggle Bolt fasteners are easy to apply, are shock and vibration resistant, and provide high shear and tensile strength. These fasteners also provide thermal and electrical insulation. These fasteners snap easily into place from the front side and are self retained-ideal for blind attachments. The standard Toggle Nut or Toggle Bolt fasteners have generous panel ranges from .020" to .110" with spacer head heights up to 2.00". Variations on the standard fastener design include special sealers, electrical connectors, oversized heads, and larger panel ranges.

Standard "Toggles" have a generous panel range of .020" to .110" and offer a selection of integral spacer head heights up to 2.00" in 1/16" increments. These fasteners are corrosion proof, withstand a wide temperature range (-40 degrees to 250 degree Fahrenheit) and have excellent dielectric properties. The fastener mounting screw is enclosed in nylon to protect against wire chafing, scratching or galvanic action.

Variations on the standard fastener design have been developed to meet specific fastener needs. Some of these fastener needs include special sealers, electrical connectors, oversized heads, extra panel range, extra torque values, etc.

How to apply Toggle Type Plastic Fasteners
The "toggle" snaps easily into place from the front side and is self-retained-ideal for blind fastened attachments. As the screw fastener is driven, the body of the fastener is drawn toward the head expanding flexible sides against the backside of the panel. Adjacent tabs on the fasteners are forced outward simultaneously to help seal the mounting hole against dust and moisture.
