Heyco® Strain Relief Assembly Tools For Nylon Strain Reliefs

Part No. 0022 (R-29) Hand pliers--adjustable for all Heyco nylon fasteners strain Relief bushings, Except SR 3A-4 and SR 4A-6, that assemble into holes up to 7/8"(22,2mm) diameter.

Part No. 0030 (R-30) Hand pliers--adjustable for all Heyco nylon fasteners strain Relief bushings that assemble into holes up to 3/4"(19,1mm) diameter and larger diameter holes. Pliers are adjustable.

Part No. 0T00 (16-78H) Hand Air Tool--Eliminates operator fatigue and improves nylon fasteners assembly rates. Activated with a flap handle, the air tool has replaceable jaws to cover our entire range of nylon fasteners strain reliefs. The included air fittings and hose make nylon fastener connection to your compressed air system a breeze. Important: One set of jaws is furnished with each Air Tool. A different set of jaws is needed for each mounting hole diameter, and special jaws are required for SR 3A-4 and SR 4A-6. Part No. 0T00 (16-78H) Hand Air Tool--Eliminates operator fatigue and improves assembly rates. Part No. 0T01 (16-78B) Bench Air Tool
Same as the hand held unit except that it is foot activated, leaving the operator's hands free. The Bench Air Tool may be mounted in any convenient position on the nylon fasteners assembly area work surface. The unit consists of #0T00 and #0T02.

Part No. 0T02 Conversion Kit Provides the necessary nylon fasteners components to convert a Hand Air Tool to a Bench Mounted Unit.
