Assembly friendly strain reliever! Independent of insertion of each strain relief into the chassis, Lockit Strain Relief bushings self-lock onto the cable. Thus they may be pre-assembled off-line for final assembly at a later time or remote location, for more strain relief at a lower installed cost!
Lockit SR strain relievers hold so well they pass UL pull-out test requirement with or without chassis support.
These strain relief bushings protect the lifeline of your electric/electronic products by absorbing the forces of push and pull that may be exerted on the flexible power cord. And, their rectangular strain relieving design eliminates the possibility of part rotation under forces of twist.
Lockits strain relief's three finger design securely anchors into the chassis and fastens as thin as .032" (0,8mm) and as thick as .099" (2,5mm) for a neat, clean appearance. Five locking steps for each fastener and a slim head profile make Lockits design specific!
These fasteners are molded of type 6/6 nylon. ASTM D-4066; flammability classification 94V-2; temperature index 125°C. Maximum temperature on the fastener shall not exceed 105°C.

ST-101A stress relief is designed to be installed in a "U" shape chassis slot (see schematic). Securely fastens, anchors, insulates and protect cables at chassis entry point. Slim head profile make Lockits' stress relief design-specific.
