Five nylon fastener sizes for 1/4" thru 1". For use with Heyco-Flex Conduit and Nylon tubing, pages 1-2, 1-3.
Nylon fastener is assembly friendly! The installer simply pushes the conduit or nylon tubing onto the ferrule, then tightens the domed sealing nut. This completed nylon fastener assembly can then be snapped into the chassis with fingertip pressure.
No threading of the Conduit or nylon tubing required to install, thus eliminating the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths.
Complete Conduit/ nylon system is reusable. Conduit will not wind tight onto the nylon fastener during assembly and can be easily removed by pulling while turning in a clockwise direction.
Nylon fasteners are suitable for indoor/outdoor use; for original equipment manufacturers or field installers.
Lower installed cost.
All nylon fasteners resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents.
Protection class IP 68 per DIN 40050 up to 70 PSI (5 bar) water pressure.
Nylon fasteners are molded of type 6/6 nylon . ASTM D-4066-PA 111; flammability classification 94V-2.
