1. DETERMINE GRIP

To determine grip,measure the total d thickness of the materials to be eyeletted. Locate the corresponding grip in the chart. Reading to the right will identify various standard SE Eyelets with the desired grip. Maximum grips in the chart are based on test settings made in met? panels and are intended as a guide only. We recommend making sample settings for each new application.

2. DETERMINE EYELET SIZE

With a possible selection of three or more eyelet sizes for a given grip, the eyelet function will help determine its necessary diameter. DOT field sales representatives and distributors are experts in eyeletting and can help you select the proper size eyelet for your application.

3. DETERMINE WORKING DIMENSIONS
